I found a stray Husky that had been on the road for a while. He was in pretty bad shape. I took him to Amy and she worked a miracle on him. He smelled awful and his fur was matted and extra thick. They stayed 2 hours after closing taking care of Ace and did a fantastic job with him. I'm a customer for life!  Thank you Amy and staff!!

I have been coming here for years with my yorkie and has been nothing but fabulous!!  Just today they offered a plaque removal for a little bit extra, it is the first time in a long time my dog's breath is tolerable!!  Highly recommend!!

I paid for a full grooming.  
They left hair all over her body AND all over the bandanna the put around her neck.  Plus, she smelled like they had sprayed a rug deodorizer on her body.  Supposed to have her teeth brushed, as well as her anal glands cleaned.  NO possible way, or they just did a half ass , crappy job!!!  VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Was not a customer but was in the same building for an hour. They have two cages out back and a dog was in one of them before I got there. It was outside the entire hour I was there barking. No water in the bowl on a hot day. I put some water in the bowl for the dog. I sure wouldn't want my dog outside after it got cleaned on a 90 degree day.

I have taken by pet here several times but the last few times one of the staff members complains to me the customer that my dogs barks too much!! I can't take my pet where they are going to complain about him!! Sorry Amy I won't be coming back!!!
