I was in KY to support training at Fort Knox over the summer, and had a brake issue that became noticeable when I arrived. The day I came to the shop, Ryan pulled off the vehicle he was working on and immediately made a safety inspection of my Jeep. He spent about 20 minutes talking me through the issue and ensuring I was safe to drive until my appointment. He stayed in communication the whole time, describing in detail the issues and likely sources of the problems. I could not have been more happy with both the customer service or the actual repairs. The price came in almost $75 under the estimate that he originally gave. Fantastic work and awesome customer service.

We had trusted these guys for years with all of our vehicles. I even sent my father there when his truck needed repairs, but never again. We took our SUV there with transmission issues. The first place we took it to diagnosed it but we wanted a second opinion from a place we trusted. Big mistake! They had our vehicle for over a month, every time we called it was an excuse, couldn't get it in, to busy, couldn't get the diagnostics to work on it, had to drive it to get it to act up. I started seeing it in the mechanic's driveway, at his house! When we asked about it, again he would say he had to drive it to get it to act up. Keep in mind it was in the shop for repair, we were told by the other mechanic not to drive it because the transmission was going out.This past Sunday we seen his wife driving it to church! We had the cops go with us to get my SUV back, this guy had the nerve to yell at us and get upset. They had completely trashed my vehicle! There was trash, food smashed into the carpet, splattered drinks on the seats, carpet, doors and windows, ashes and stale smoke blowing out of the air vents. Several paint chips and two large scratches on the exterior, a small dent and that is not even the worst of it. After getting the odometer reading from the first mechanic, we found out this family had drove my vehicle for almost 1600 miles!! They even took it to Holiday World in Indiana. They seriously drove it out of state! So far we have paid $250 for a detailing and ionized treatment to get rid of the smoke. We have been told by the new mechanic, that instead of just a repair we are now replacing the transmission; we are still waiting for the final analysis of damage. Beware of this small, family ran business. They will charge less than everyone else, seem wonderful and trustworthy but it's all because they are going to stab you in the back the minute you leave. We are now looking at several thousands of dollars in damage & repairs. Have been out of a vehicle for going on 2 months, actually financed another vehicle because I could no longer afford the rental car I had...all so this family had a comfortable vehicle to joyride in. Avoid Precision Automotive and Matt Dale at all cost! Horrible, horrible experience!

Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to check everything over after he fixed our repair to ensure he didnt miss anything. Did not over charge us for parts or labor. Extremely satified with service will recommend to everyone.
