Reviews

Instead of recommending replacement of radiator they installed an aftermarket transmission fluid cooler.  Had no heat (in December!!).  Finally a reputable mechanic observed that the radiator was the problem and replaced it.  Had to pull out the aftermarket unit.  I learned my lesson but it cost me $500+.  Preicison Transmission offered no refund, not even on the aftermarket unit they installed.  Very disappointed!

months later update,  drove to South Carolina 95 degree heat the transfer started jumping,  I contacted precision when I got back,  he test drove the vehicle nothing happen so he recommended to change the solenoid for the transmission. Drove south again and the problem fix, the truck has just over 200,000 but run well that's why I fix the transmission and the transfer went also and had that done here also. I'm happy with the price and them standing  behind there work.

Let's see, my GMC was down blown trans. Call several places you know the drill and some of the reviews kept me wondering what should I take my truck to get it fixed, my co. Worker got her vehicle done here several weeks prior to my trans. Going so I made the call and it's been two months and it's running better than ever. You can't beat the price. One week is all it  took to complete the job. I'm very happy with rebuild transmission.

Had these guys do my 4l60e that needed a rebuild, very very pleased with it. Was a high performance build, the transmission shift's perfect. They also did a transmission in my grandfathers toyota about 4 years ago, its held up just fine. Great place, I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a transmission done!
