I have been selling parts for over 5 years in a well known leading auto parts retailer. When & if i encounter a "hard to get" part or "dealer only" i call these guys. Their staff is very knowledgeable & they are able to locate anything & get it for me the same day usually. When my shop has problems completing any drive line related problem, we hand it over to them. Never have they refused a job, as no job has been too big or small to them. The job comes back within the time frame they give. They never mislead. It's refreshing to find this kind of customer service in this industry.

My local auto mechanic used these guys to rebuild the driveshaft on my S-10 pickup. They promised 2 day turnaround tops, and said there was a good chance I'd get it back the same day. 3 days later, and calling everyday, it's still not done. Promised first thing AM on the third day, but as of writing this at 3:30pm, they're still a no-show.

Definitely would not recommend them at this time. If/when I ever get my rebuilt driveshaft, I will adjust this review to account for the quality of the work, but again at this point, definitely not impressed.
