Today was my first time coming to Precision, first time ever getting a oil changed, just recently bought my first car like 2 months ago. I enjoyed the friendly staff and I enjoyed the customer service and how the staff informed me on everything I needed to know about my car and what all I needed for it. The price wasn't what I thought it would've been, I actually thought it would be expensive but it wasn't. I wasn't there long at all, just overall great experience, would recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible Place. DO NOT VISIT. I went there two times for diagnosis. 1st time my car was vibrating they suggested a tuneup and my problem remained unsolved after following their advise. second time i went for diagnosis before a long trip. They said all was fine except the belt tensioner. Our car died in the middle of nowhere because the alternator wasn't working. It cost us a lot of money to tow the car and have it fixed. Would have appreciated it if they just did what they were supposed to do when someone pays for diagnostics. (the alternator thing wasn't related to the tensioner) . Also, this is absolutely not a place for students. They suggest expensive repairs when it has a simple solution. I was quoted almost 250$ for a Belt Tensioner assembly replacement for a rattle sound i was having, Another mechanic diagnosed the issue and offered to resolve it for 40$.

Thank you precision for creating me the need to get a whole new engine just a few days before making my last payment on the vehicle. Thanks, because obviously you knew better than I that despite being depressed for several months and going through a divorce and being forced to move and live with a friend 3 hours away from kids and barely having any money in my account from a job that severely... 😤 (I'll cut that short) and me trying to get accepted into school for a PhD knowing that it's not gonna workout because of my work and daycare schedule. You know what, just thanks precision because if my life at this point in time wasn't already beyond difficult and challenging. I now have to use money meant for the deposit and first month's rent on a whole new engine. All of this because of something your employees at the Columbus MS location could have prevented or just properly handled in the first place. And to top it off, I deliberately told them most of this so that they could understand where I was coming and why I was being so thorough... It was all a complete waste because now I see, I understand the stigma associated with you. You never know what is going on in your customers' lives and yes something as small and simple as a freaking oil change going all the way wrong for no apparent reason at all can be the damn cherry on top of an already bad day. Like I said, thanks precision.

The customer service was outstanding!! The physical cleaning of the building is beyond reproach, hideous, seriously bad! Appears it hasn't been dusted, swept or mopped in 10 yrs. I use to live in Columbus, MS & would go to Precision for most maintenance on all 3 of my cars and was appalled at the none care in the customer service area. I didn't want to sit in the worn, nasty leather seats and I dreaded the thought of what the bathroom might look like because the sitting area is filthy.

They where excellent with there service. Took there time with me. Showed me the things and problems to be corrected. Very excellent job.
