This company is amazing! The owners actually do the work themselves making their overhead and pricing low and very fair for the work done. I asked them for an A/C review as I had a hot room in my house. One of the owners, Danial, came to my home and did an extensive evaluation in my attic at no charge. We discussed his thoughts and mine and we came up with a duct re-routing for my hot room. Today, Daniel and one of his partners, Craig, came to my home to do the work. They did a superb job with high quality workmanship. They are spotless in the work they do. They even offer a money back guarantee if the customer isn't satisfied. I highly recommend them for any and all A/C and heating issues!

I heard of them through a friend. Wonderful customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable and proficient in the field. I had a  repair that another company had quoted me with an outrageous price. It turns out that it was a simple fix and i did not need the other services the other company wanted to charge me for. Honesty is the best policy. I would recommend them to a friend.

Had a great experience with Preferred Air.  They were at my house two hours after me calling them for service.  They were able to fix the issue the same day.
