VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND A CONTRACT OVER FOR ME TO SIGN TO START WORK ON MY PROPERTY AND THEN NEARLY A WEEK LATER RESPONDED THAT THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB SINCE THEY WERE NOT CERTAIN I OWNED THE HOME? Why would I ask them to install a new AC unit on a home I dont own?! Below is what they emailed to me days after they where supposed to start work on my house. "To be frank, I am concerned with moving forward with entering into the contract at this point. I am not comfortable with a 3rd party contract. At this point I think you would be better off contracting with another company to provide the service requested. Respectfully, Esperanza Avelar"
