Activity director goes above and beyond to keep the residents happy. She conducts theme parties with lots of music and entertainment. The activities group makes the people happy.

This is actually my 2nd time giving my review about this facility.  I don't have a family here but there is always awesome events that includes the neighbors and children.  Last week was the christmas  show which Michelle posted on facebook Old bridge parents.  We had such a great time my kids and I.  I just have to give it to the Recreation DiRector and her team.  Thank you

From the moment you walk in you get a warm friendly welcome from the receptionist , she is very warm and polite. staff is amazing and goes above and beyond for their residents. Building is clean. Preferred Care at Old Bridge is a wonderful place to work. I have been with PC for just over a year, but I have been working as an Admissions Director for 20 years.  My teammates are great to work with and are very caring and kind to our short-term patients and our LTC residents.  The facility is always kept very clean.  Our therapy team does an outstanding job and we all work together for the best outcome for our residents and patients.  I am happy to be a part of such an amazing team!

Other than the fact that the place needs a face-lift, every thing was beyond our expectation. The staff, from Lisa to every nurse, assistant and physical therapy staff went above and beyond. The Department of Social Services kept my husband updated continually and kept us apprised of her discharge date.  The activities department also deserves a shout out. My Mother In Law enjoyed the BINGO and daily celebrations and music. I cannot really ask for anything more. They got her strength up and trained her on using her walker. She gets around very well. She made it home and is very H A P P Y!!!! Thank you for your excellent care.

This place is awesome to work at it feels just like a home away from home in so many ways. The nursing staff goes above and beyond for our residents as well as the housekeepers do their very best to keep our building shining!! If your looking to place your love one for short-term or long-term this is the place to be!!!

This facility has been doing such a great job with my fathers stay, they have such nice employees who are always helpful. The receptionists are even always so welcoming. They all treat you like family. Even all the activities and events are great and my dad has so much fun!

What a fantastic luncheon you held for the residents and there families to be able to spend a wonderful afternoon with there loved ones. We as a family are so thankful for all you do Merry Christmas

Ive worked at this facility for 5 years and cant say enough good things. The staff is always kind and friendly. Everyone working here has the residents’ best interests at heart. The residents are always engaged in activities. I love seeing them smile! I enjoy interacting with all the families who visit. Ive made great friends here and love working here!

I could tell countless stories about staff tormenting residents. All levels of illnesses mixed together. Permanent living section is filled with thrift store furniture. Photos don't lie. Witnessed man running naked. Witnessed food being eaten off of trays sitting in hall. Rude staff: not the Executives...the staff your family is entrusted to. Choose wisely! Too many 5 stars review suddenly popping up.
