Very dissatisfied with the service we received. Very expensive, we're referred to a specialist who our insurance didn't cover (mind you we waited over a month for this appointment and the day before, they called us to say we we're out of network), I tried to call and they rarely answer the phone, called and left many messages and rarely got a call back, requested x-rays to show a specialist who did take our insurance and we're denied digital x-rays but instead given a paper photo copy of them. This was so embarrassing to show the specialist. Were told that they could not only not use  this piece of paper but had to retake a new set of x-rays which we had to pay out of pocket. Very disappointed, I rarely if ever write a bad review but this was over the top and had to write something.

Everyone here is very friendly and kind. I went to them once to have a tooth removed and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. When I call with a question I don't have to tell them who I am, they already know and they are always able to answer my question, or get me to the person who can. They even texted me on my birthday to say Happy Birthday.

I have been going here for years and I recommend it to everyone. They have a fair price and all of the staff is friendly, honest, and  knowledgable. Above all of that, I have stayed with them because of Ray. I have severe anxiety with the dentist and everytime I go in is a struggle for me, but Ray is always there to answer my questions and comfort me. He really cares about his patients and it shows. This is true for all of the staff as well. Overall one of the most caring dentists office I've ever been to.

I've always been anxious about dental procedures and this office relieved that fear. They schedule a same day- emergency consult. Dr. Brian is very compassionate, friendly, and thorough. I love the office staff too! friendly, organized, and professional.
