These people made every tooth in my mouth decay due to fluoride poisoning. So now I'm in the process of getting dentures and I'm only 23, thank you guys for ruining my beautiful smile and refusing to call me back when I asked you guys to fix your mistakes. They made sure my dental insurance ran out before calling me back so they didn't have to deal with me. I should've took legal measures and stupid me didn't so it's to late. I'm just warning you new patients now. Good luck.

Disrespectful isn't a strong enough word. Called about a simple tooth extraction and put on hold for 10+mins so hung up and called back, didn't get a hello but said I don't have anything open. Save your time and call a professional...

HORRIBLE service. I’ve spent about an hour in a room waiting, and no one has attended me. Has happened to me various times for simple little things like trying on a mouth guard, getting rubber bands changed etc. They even lost a mold of my teeth. The workers are rude, I’ve choked BADLY many times when they’re trying rob make molds of my teeth, and claim it’s my fault, when it’s theirs for putting wayyyyy to much molding stuff.

At first everything was great. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a couple years so I was nervous. Everything was great. I got to divide my appointments so I wouldn't have to pay a lot at once. I was so happy I recommended my dad to go. I can't even tell you how many times they called and cancelled. My dad waited 5 months and no one ever called him to re schedule. I wanted braces. My insurance was pretty crappy so I knew I would be making payments that was not a problem. They advertise so much about braces and making payments that I called the Star lady to ask about getting started. For 3 months straight I called once a month to ask if I could get started she would say "we still haven't heard from ur insurance, so I would say, "yes im willing to pay cash" she'd reply by saying "yeah let's just wait for ur insurance to come back". I've been waiting since February to hear from her so I just gave up. I will NOT BE RETURNING. Taking my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever.  Dr. V.M Kanian was very nice in the  beginning  of my visit even made me laugh. That shortly changed.  I came to have my tooth extract.  First timer at that.  So I was extremely nervous inside.  I kept calm while the Dr made me laugh.  

However as soon as he started to numb me,  I showed fear, I took it but I was  panicking a little. He quickly got upset, so upset he walked out on me. He came back 5 min later and yelled at me.  And I quote "I have been a dentist for 40 years I know what I'm doing"... 

I stared at him in disbelief, how could someone be in a playful mood and switch on me like that.  All because I was scared.  I am currently in the process of reporting him to the board.  His lack of compassion and short temper is not acceptable. PLS DO NOT COME HERE.
