Our neighbors used this company last week to move them from Santa Barbara, CA to NC. The packers were here for days w/ the moving truck parked in our carport area, therefore I had to drive around it to get out of the parking lot. The last day they were here and I drove around the truck, I heard a pop under my tire and as I got down the road I had a flat. I had it towed to a tire company and there was a box cutter blade in the tire. So when I returned home after several hours of dealing with this, I went to my neighbor (that was moving) and told her what happened. She picked up the actual box cutter from her counter top that the workers had left behind and the blade fit it perfectly. My insurance company and I have tried contacting them repeatedly and they will not return our calls. I finally got Eddie (their contact guy) on the phone and he refused to pay for my tire saying it could be "anybody's" box cutter and he was very rude! I am filing a police report today to take care of this matter. Beware of this company!! They are VERY unprofessional!

Great experience! Cal was extremely helpful and was able to make my move a seamless process. The amount quoted was the same as I was charged. I have had experiences in the past with other moving companies where many hidden fees were present. However, no hidden fees were present in this case and every promise made/price quoted was followed through with. The individuals that moved my items were also extremely helpful and I had absolutely no issues with any damaged items, nor any lost items. The entire process was smooth and easy, I definitely recommend using this moving company in the future.

Truck driver driving plate no. TFW-20C just nearly ran us off the road on I-95S in NC. That was after he high beamed us as he flew up on our rear end while we were passing another truck driver and doing 5mph over the posted speed limit. He passed us, then he drove in the middle of the highway erratically.  We kept an eye on him and he continued the swerving in front of us from one lane to the other, then proceeded to do the same thing to two other vehicles in front of us. We followed him off Exit 180 to the Flying J, got his plate number and employer which happened to be this company. He rolled down his window and started screaming profanities at us as we drove by. We proceeded to call this company and leave a message about this irresponsible and highly dangerous truck driver. He's going to kill someone.

Actually, I always hate moving, because I noticed that it is usually end up with breaking something. And for that I decided to call a professional mover and after researching numerous moving companies we dealt with Preferred Relocation. Because by reading some google reviews and buy with talking with them, they ensured me that they can help without breaking anything. 
It was a great moving experience ever. A representative from Preferred Relocation (Sorry I forget his name) was always with us. He managed everything more than professionally. He is a highly knowledgeable person ever I work with. He and his team took care all of my furniture and other instruments. I just love Preferred Relocation and their friendly representative.

When I was preparing for my two bedroom move, the last thing on my mind was trying to figure out a reputable moving company. There were so many in my area that the thought of calling them all was daunting. On the advice of a friend, I called Preferred Relocation. Customer service was very friendly and gave me a great quote. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns and even assured me that my belongings could be reassembled by their staff upon arrival at my new location.

On the day of the move, the movers showed up right on time and were very careful loading my furniture and boxes so they would not hit anything on the doorways or the truck. I appreciated this very much. They were kind, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. When everything was packed, they told me they would be in communication the whole time, so I knew exactly when they would arrive. 

If you are looking for a great moving company, look no further. This company provided outstanding service, even helping me set up my belongings in my new home once they arrived. The service they provided during my move was exactly as described in the beginning. Kudos Preferred Relocation and a 5 star review.
