Not impressed! First of all it's a little irritating when you are in pain to wait three weeks for an appointment. We do it because there are no other options. But if you're waiting that long, the business office had better take care of their end of the deal. I understand that preauthorization for an MRI is needed, but a patient should not have to call the office to check and see if that approval has happened or not. Then when you find out that, yes, approval has been received and they neglected to call you, you also need to wait another week for an MRI. Interesting, I can call another imaging location in town and be seen today or tomorrow if needed. Then when the other imagining office called to talk about MY records, they were lied to and told that a case had not been started for me. If that is true why did you tell me my patient responsibility amount according to my insurance and proceed to trying to get me scheduled. Needless to say that I'm not real willing to let them do anything with my back if they can't even handle the business end of the deal. I feel like I wasted my time and money on an exam at this office.

took an x-ray of the wrong area and before i was able to see a doctor, the x-ray was in the wrong place because i didn't understand where the extreme pain was coming from until a doctor told me. now i am paying for an x-ray that i didn't need, no thank you i won't go back

Premier Bone and Joint gets an A+ from me. I was treated wonderfully from the 1st phone call to the tests. Office staff Cindy is so kind. Nuses and physical therapist are very attentive. Dr. Kaplan is awesome and Dr. Ackerman was amazing at helping me.
