Wish I could give him a negative star Daughter and i needed a diabetic doc near home this is not the one you want this guy is in the wrong business I would put a bullet in my head before I call him again.

I looked forward to this appointment for 6 weeks. My T3 had dropped low and I have had amnorreah for almost 2 years. Dr. Patten didn't even take time to hear my history or read my paperwork. He tried to explain away symptoms and said "You haven't lost your period because you work out a lot" which shows he didn't hear anything I said or  read my intake form. I am training for a Spartan and some triathlons, I crossfit 6x/week. I ask for an antibody test for hashimotos and he didn't order it. He also didn't even check my T3 or T4, which was the issue initially. He also spoke to me as though all patients are exactly the same. The only thing he suggested was progesterone. He also said my thyroid may be slightly enlarged but, did not order an ultrasound...I won't be going back.
