After trying 4 dentists in the city, I have been incredibly happy with Premier Dental. Though the dentist that I started with has since left the practice, I have found subsequent dentists very knowledgable, caring, and thorough. I have been going to Premier for 5-6 yrs and have always had a positive experience with timely service as well as friendly and good hygienists that carefully handle my sensitive teeth. The only reason for the four stars is due to one of the receptionists. She is often short and rude and seems to forget that she is the “front face” of the practice when she answers phone calls and greets patients upon arrival. It is the only unpleasant part of the experience.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Galler. From the first visit, I felt the excitement to start my journey to straight teeth. He made me feel like I was his only patient, his only priority by tending to my wishes, while cheering and coaching me on along the way. The end product is priceless. I would definitely recommend!

I had to switch dentists because my insurance changed, I chose Premier because it is close to my office. I had a routine cleaning and exam with Dr. Grassi. She went over my x-rays in depth explaining how flossing can prevent cavities, and which areas she was going to watch for now and why. I really appreciated the time she took with me. I never had a dentist explain things the way she did. It just made sense. I feel good about going to Premier for my dental care, the doctors really seem to have a passion for taking care of patients.

Dr.Galler was awesome! Even with my moving out of state we still managed to perfect my smile in less than a year. The entire office staff is very friendly and wonderful and I’m so appreciative of the good work! (:

My second visit on March 3/12/18 was very different. I walked in and stepped into the elevator but noticed the elevator was not closing or moving. A female security guard yelled in my direction “you have to check in order for the elevator to move MA'AMMMMM" I responded "ok you could of said that when you saw me walk into the elevator" Meaning she could of definitely acknowledged me when she saw me walking in as most security do everywhere. The security starts becoming aggressive and starts repeating “oh I could’ve said something OHH I could’ve said something” and scuffs I disregarded her response trying to make my 5pm appointment and handed over my ID. The security continues to try to antagonized me and belittle me and says" pfft I could of said something pleaseeeeee" I wasn’t sure why this security guard continued or felt so aggressive at this point. I asked “what’s the problem why are you trying to go back and forth" Security reply’s very nasty “Oh I could have said something I don’t have to do anything" At this point it was clear this vulgar security guard was looking to antagonize, belittle and humiliate me. I replied "clearly you don’t care about doing your job." Of course in a vile matter the security replied “my name is Kathy” "report me I’m not scared of you" I could not believe how abusive, vile and aggressive this security guard was; not to mention she ended by saying” if you like you can come back to see me after your appointment. The security guard threatened me! Needless to say I was shocked and baffled why this security guard felt the need to not only tell me she didn’t care if I reported her, wasn’t scared of me and I could come see her after my appointment was done. Not only was this security guard out of line, abusive and vile but very unprofessional and dangerous. Who has heard of such a thing were an employee telling a guest " you can come see me after your appointment is done!" I continued to my appointment but the damaged was done. I was very upset about what happened and explained to the office manager Iris what transpired. She listened attentively and explained she would contact the building manager. A few minutes later Iris explained the building manager was “taking care of it” I felt so humiliated and disrespected; that answer was not good enough. I explained to Iris I would like to speak with the building manager personally because I feel I didn’t feel this was being taken seriously. Iris put me in contact with Lisa Sanf who was the building manager. I explained the altercation with her security guard and all she had to offer as an answer was “we will investigate this “ Clearly the lack of sense of urgency and empathy was not there. I explained that answer was not good enough and maybe I should call the cops since the security guard felt it was ok to threaten me repeatedly stating she wasn’t scared of me. The building manager still not phased about transpired said she would need to contact another manager. It saddens me that I will not continue treatment at this location and that this level of negligence on all parties that was apparent and the incident was treated with such high disregard. Clearly I wasn’t valued as a patient and the building management felt it was ok for security to speak to guest with such disregard. Needless to say I will file charges criminal charges against that security guard, seeking legal action against the security management team and I will not seek treatment at this location.
