This place is amazing! The staff are warm and friendly. I have been avoiding the dentists for years because of bad experiences in the past but after today, all that has changed. Thanks to City Dental! I was taken care of almost immediately and they were gentle in doing my much needed root canal. I highly recommend them to everyone!

The stuff are nice. However, the dentist is always busy. Crown made big and chunky. Have to redo it at other places.

I was very impressed with City Dental. I made an appointment for my son for a Wed at 10:30am and he was seen right after we filled out the necessary paperwork which was around 10:35am. The staff was very pleasant and the office was very clean. My son had his x-ray, examination, and cleaning all within an hour. My son has to come back for fillings and the staff knew it was very important that he came back in before school started next week because I did not want him to miss any school time. Even though they had a very packed schedule they were able to squeeze my son in for Friday. Dr Taranov was very thorough and his staff was very thorough. It is hard to find a good dentist in NYC because most of them you have to be waiting for 3-5 hours and the staff is very rude. If you are looking for a great dental experience try City Dental.

I just came back from City Dental and was very satisfied with the service I get from them. I have not been to a dentist in a while so I was due. I called in the am & got a pm appointment the same day, I was very happy about that. Prior to my call to City Dental I called several other dentist who gave me appointments ranging from the next day to a week. The Hygienist Elana was very nice & understanding and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. I had to get a couple of fillings and a deep cleaning done all which were pain free thanks to the HUGE used to numb my gums lol.I plan on returning to City Dental for my follow up exam in 6 months.
