Just wanted to say how much I am enjoying Premier Fitness. This is my first gym membership. I am 48 years old and have never enjoyed exercise so I had no reason to even consider joining a gym. Joining was my boyfriends idea and since he agreed to pay for it, I figured I didn't have much to lose. Premier was recommended to me by a friend. Still we visited other places to get an idea of what was available. On the day we stopped by Premier we did not need to look any further. We joined that day. since then I have been at the gym at least 4 days a week and am happy to say I am truly enjoying my time there. I am not a morning person so the 6pm classes are great! I take body pump on Tuesday, Pilates on Wednesday, yogalates on Thursday and I have done a 8am class and last Sunday I did ABs with Ernesto. body pump is my favorite so far. I am discovering that just because I don't like getting on the treadmill or running odes not mean I don't like exercise. I just don't like those exercises. Everyone we have encountered at Premier has been so friendly and inviting it makes the experience even more enjoyable.
