I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. At least not a used vehicle. The sales person (CJ) was friendly. However that’s where it ends. We worked out a price on the vehicle and when I came to pick it up noticed the rims were destroyed and the exhaust they said was on it was not on the vehicle. I left without the car. Few days passed and we were able to work out a price on the car with the damage to the rims to compensate. By the way I should mention I was told this car was showroom quality initially but that’s besides the point now. Fast forward two weeks later. I moved the car out of the garage and find a puddle of coolant Under the car. I take it to a shop and find out there is no coolant and it had been leaking for a while for this to leak as bad as it did. I call and speak to the GM-Billy-he says nothing they can do and it must be minor or they would have noticed it but they sell the cars as is. I tell him I don’t think this would have just started as I had only driven the car 60 miles at this point. He then again said well something must have happened on the way home from the dealership that night. Later on today I find out that when we topped off the coolant we find out that the dealer did indeed top it off themselves because they used a different brand than what was supposed to be in there for a 6.2L engine. So to recap, first they tell me they never noticed it, then I find out that’s not true because they did indeed top it off and try to cover it up by just adding coolant instead of fixing the issue and using the wrong coolant on top of that. I appreciate the GM taking time out if his day for telling me it was my fault for not buying an extended warranty and they sell warranties because these sort of things happen even with 15k miles on the car. Had they just spent the extra $200 on parts and labor to fix it right the first time this wouldn’t even be an issue. I even offered to take the car to then to fix and he said sure but I have to charge you whatever the hourly rate and inspection costs are so you mine as well take it somewhere else. This is why I tell you to stay away because clearly the tremendous inspection and service they performed was non existent and when confronting them about the shoddy work they simply say sorry and best of luck to you! It’s not a good way to do business especially in a service industry. Needless to say I will be pursuing all the options I have available to me to have them solve this.

Always courteous, prompt, and efficient service. All questions are answered and I feel like I am being taken care of and my Acadia is being serviced properly. And they have free drinks available!! Can't beat that.

Premier GMC is everything you could want in a car buying experience but worried you wouldn't find. No hidden costs or pressure selling tactics, just friendly and quick service and great bargains and a finance team that finds you the lowest interest rate. Great car selection too. Special thanks to Bruce, Nick, and John for a smooth experience and excellent Honda!

I was very satisfied with the service I received at this service center. They did research on my issue, they were able to squeeze me in same day, and they worked very quickly. They were very informative as well. I highly recommend this service center
