I dropped my truck off for a warning light. They said it was a sensor and would have to order the part. They were nice enough to wash my truck. I dropped my truck off 4 days later to have the sensor replaced. The next day when I went to pick it up I couldn’t speak. There was a huge scrape all the way from the front to the back on the drivers side. Clearly something had scraped the entire length of my truck. The service person admitted that he had taken the truck in and taken it to be washed and the mark hadn’t been there and he would talk to his boss on Monday. On Monday they called and said I had dropped it off that way. I thought it was a joke!  I told them their employee stated it hadn’t been there. They said it was covered in salt. I reminded them they had just washed it days before. Just despicable behavior. I wouldn’t let them touch my vehicle again. If you do you may want to do a walk around to note damage before you give them your keys like it’s a rental car. I would not trust these cheaters

What an amazing dealership!  I don't leave a lot of reviews for places but this dealership made a dream come true for me by getting me my Chevy Volt.  I love the car and Joe Shrader and Andrew were great salesmen who took care of me from the second I contacted them on the car.  I really appreciated the other staff too.  Once I walked in they took care of me and got me back on the road asap with a great car at a great price!

After 2 weeks of buying my 2011 Toyota seinna , I would like to say Thank you Leon jack for a great service , thank you Don the finance manager for making a great easy deal , I wouldn’t hesitate recommending your business to all my family and friends. Professionals , on time , the deal was done in 90 minuets. I will check your inventory before I move to any other place. Absolutely 5 stars .

I took my Impala in to have several items of concern checked out. They did not end up being serious. I felt that the dealership did NOT try to sell me unnecessary work. I did know there would be a charge for the technician's time, and felt my bill was definitely reasonable. Also, the service department was courteous. Even though they were busy, it seemed they were prompt.

My visit to this dealership was the best experience I have had at any dealership. Jeff Jones helped me through the process of deciding which vehicle I would be happy with and through the leasing process. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family.
