Ordered a 9 ton sand delivery. They scheduled it for noon the next day but never showed. I called 30 min. later, they're running behind schedule and will deliver at 2pm. Called again at 2:15pm, cause they'd never call me, and they're supposedly loading up the truck. Called again at 3:40pm to cancel the order since they still hadn't shown up. Or called. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere! Truly terrible customer service.

Picked up 5 tons of crushed rock. Their prices were 30-50% less than the other local competition, and the crew at the desk was friendly. They were recommended by my mason for getting custom replacement brick, and when I saw their prices on crushed rock, that was a bonus.

This man charged me 75 dollars to deliever 5 tons of sand, which was short by a ton, from Martinsburg to Hedgesville!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO CHARGES 75 DOLLARS TO GO 10 MILES??????? WOW! Shenandoah Sand in Winchester has free delivery, I would have stuck with them if Kirby would have brought this insane fee to my attention before bringing the sand. GO TO WINCHESTER!!! 
To make this clear the sand was 39 dollars a ton and then 75 to drive it!! DO NOT GO TO KIRBYS IF MONEY IS AN ISSUE!
