I completely agree with everyone who said the customer service was horrible. It’s a cool building and the selection is large but no one could be bothered to help us. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Terrible experience.  I traveled a long distance, enthusiastically planning to purchase 30 replacement knobs for my Poggehpohl cabinets and 2 appliance handles for a new SubZero. I shopped for about a 45 minutes without seeing a sales person. I had seen receptionist apparently chatting with a friend or employee. I saw a man in an office eating.  Neither asked if I needed assistance. Finally, I found a salesman sitting at his desk in another part of the store. He was negative and insulting beyond belief. I gave up on trying to work with him and went back to shopping by myself, but by then, I'd lost all enthusiasm.  At home, online, prices elsewhere were much lower.  I try to support "brick and mortar" stores for products that I like to see before buying, so I'd have paid a little more to shop at Raybern, but I won't pay significantly higher prices to be treated badly.  In short, nice building, convenient to the T to avoid traffic, lots of stock from many suppliers, but in my experience, the horrible customer service negates all those benefits.

Great choice but horrific experience. This is a great store to see your options but if you can don't order from them. Never called back, not trying to help. Just terrible.

Very impressed with customer service. The owner himself gave me a quote after the sales person I had talked to fell ill. Great selection. Recommended.

Great selection of hardware to choose from, but absolutely horrible customer service. Never call you back. Your order will sit in their warehouse for a week and they will still never call you to tell you its there. And if you try to call, no one is ever available to assist in tracking down your order.
