Took my mom, sister, and I here to get our nails done while visiting family.  They don't even let you soak your feet for long before starting to work on them. No massage, and the work wasn't good at all. Started on our shellac manicures, didn't soak for more than 2 min,  and did a horrible job as well. Nails are all uneven. No massage on your hands and arms as well. After spending $150 on my mom and I, I left a tip as well, even though I wasn't happy and they are very rude and try to get you out of the door faster, yet she complained to my sister after we left that I tipped horribly and that I'm a bad person. Their customer service is horrible and nail service is even worse. Never going here again when in town. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else even if it's a few miles farther. Extremely overpriced, and very poor service.

My shellac manicure that I just got is uneven and messy looking. I can see little dents throughout the polish. I told this to the woman when she was finishing my nails and she told me that it's the color's fault. My other nail place always does it right even if it means adding an extra coat or two. And $30 for a mediocre at best pedicure is crazy.

Mediocre pedicure. I spent $90, on a shellac manicure and pedicure here and my shellac chipped off after 2 days!!! 
First the manicurist didn't even soak my cuticles she dipped them in water and started clipping them off never bothering to use the cuticle cream or soften my cuticles.  So my cuticles looked the same going in as they did coming out! The color I chose was a little sheer which required more coats, and instead of simply applying more coats, she kept trying to rush me out the door so I had to continually ask her to apply another. And when I mentioned the shellac on one nail that was lifting off she asked someone else to come fix it, Then continued to paint over my cuticles.  After she cured the manicure she started filing over my top coat??!! Then when I asked her about it she completely disregarded me and continued to work!! I couldn't figure out what she was doing, and every time I asked her to fix something she was very rude and short like I was inconveniencing her. 
   The Manicurist was very impatient and dismissive of all my requests! Very dissappointing, so I requested no hand massage and was ready to leave but she walked away to help someone else without asking if I needed anything else. This was a complete waste of time and money this place is overpriced, poor quality, and horrible customer service!!!!
