I am very satisfied with the roof completion. Jorge is a excellent sales person, he is very knowledgeable, answers all your questions, is not pushy and treats you with respect. The crew was friendly and cooperative. They did a great job in completing the roof despite working in bad weather. They also did a great job on cleaning up after completion. Felix was friendly and helpful in finishing up some minor details including a gutter replacement that got damaged. I would highly recommend PPR.

I had an outstanding experience with Premier Pacific Roofing. The company recently put on a metal roof for us. They did an excellent job. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately and professionally handled to our complete satisfaction. It was a great experience and we love the new roof.

I had a great experience from first conversation to final sign off. The sales and project managers were friendly and listed to what I needed. The workers facilitated what we needed to do and coordinated their efforts around my need to install installation. The project was done on time and on budget even though they had to replace more wood than they originally quoted. They even installed tie-off loops on the roof even though I only mentioned it would be nice once.

Not only was the service superb, the work high quality, and the communication very straightforward and helpful, they went out of their way to fit in our roof job in the time-frame we needed to then get solar panels installed before the end of the year.

I got quotes from two other well-reviewed companies and while all were competitive and clearly high-quality, PPR offered the best value without compromising in any way on the quality. Also happy that they are relatively local to me (just across the Clackamas River in Gladstone, while I'm in Oregon City).

We have a beautiful new Bellaforte roof by DaVinci Roofscapes thanks to the lovely work done by Luis and his crew from Premier Pacific Roofing. Danielle at DaVinci provided superb customer service and design help. Salvador at PPR did a great job explaining the options and addressing my concerns when we were in the planning stages. Felix came by at the start and the end of the project to make sure we were well informed and happy with the results. Tony and his crew from Royal Gutters mastered a challenging job installing nice new gutters. All of this, at a great price. Good Job!
