Very pleased with the overall service and my new roof.  The estimator was very low key and not pushy whatsoever. He simply stuck to the facts, was thorough in his review, answered our questions, and communicated well.  The crew was hard working, they cleaned up nicely when done, the roof looks nice and several neighbors have commented on it.  I will be using them for periodic roof maintenance and gutter cleaning down the road.  Just a nice company to work with.

These guys did a great job and did it quickly and left almost no sign they had been there. They even started on the weekend to avoid the weather. I appreciated their concern to get going and their willingness to give up their Sunday to get going.

We are so pleased with the new roof they installed for us. Just a friendly group of people that we could tell really tried their best to take care of us. They worked hard and did a very nice job. My partner was referred to them and I'm so glad he was.

It’s not possible to do business with them. After we accepted their bid, they started making delays promising to get job done next day and it’s been like that for a few days in the row. Maybe it’s just a front desk lady who keeps saying they would come next day every time we call and they never show up. We called them every day and they either don’t pick up the phone or keep scheduling us for the next day and never show up. I had to do so many arrangements with my work to be able to work from home on the day of the roof repair and it was just a waste of time. I have a quote from another contractor and I asked them to either say yes and get the job done or just say no so I could go with another contractor, but they still keep me on a leash promising to either call me back or come next day and they never do  . Terrible customer service! Very unprofessional.   UPDATE: as soon as I posted the review, they came back to me and assured the crew would be out tomorrow. I was sceptical as I heard it many times before, but they did show up and fixed my roof leak. The crew was very good, helpful and nice to work with, so I now feel comfortible to leave them a better feedback.

Called to get a quote and was told they "can't install gutters with a metal roof" with no explanation for why. So basically they're just refusing business I guess. EDIT: They called me right after I posted this review and said that they just don't work on metal roofs. Again, a very odd business decision for a roofing and gutter install company, since metal roofs are extremely common... but there you have it. Especially when their name is literally "All Surface Roofing", just don't expect to get this roofing company to touch your metal roofing.
