They should all be in jail. 18 months as of October 2017 and nothing gets done. For 3 months David Nail has promised money is on the way and nothing is happening. Somehow they all get pay checks every week but they don't have money. The issue is that they TOOK money for work and it was sub-par and now we are stuck. They won't even send labor out to finish simple things that would only take a few hours. I can only WISH they would just go out of business. They are 100% THIEVES!!!

Great Company! They did a remarkable job on my families swimming pool. We are thrilled with their job, I recommend them hands down! Outstanding customer service.

Premier Pools was unable to finish my pool within 12 months despite countless opportunities, so I have fired them and hired someone else to finish.  They have lied to me constantly by promising work that never was done.    DON'T HIRE THEM!  They will show you great pictures of what your pool can look like, then they take your money and never show up.

Premier now has no credit, subcontractors will only work with them on a COD basis.  So now what they are doing is taking money from new customers and using it to try to finish old jobs, essentially a classic Ponzi scheme.  Don't sign up with them or you may get left with them walking away with your money.

This company has been my worst nightmare. I built my dream home and wanted to compliment it with an outdoor oasis (spa, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and screen enclosure). I signed the contract in Nov and it took 4 months to get a permit). In the meantime the company's CEO was convicted of felony fraud and embezzlement and their staff were all left holding the bag. A new investor stepped in and has not been any better in running this business. They started work on my backyard in Feb and as of Sept. 17, it is still not finished. And I paid up front as well on time with phase. They promised to have it done in 10 weeks in time for my 50th bday celebration in my backyard in June. It was not done and my bday plans were ruined. I rescheduled it for August and they promised (in writing) that date would work fine and that they would have it finished, and again, ruined my second birthday celebration. They are the most non-professional, non-responsive, unethical pool company I have ever heard of. David Nail the GM doesn't have the a handle on running this business And it just part time while he runs his CPA firm, they keep selling new pools to clients to get more money and won't finish what they start, their sub contractors keep quitting because they don't pay in time and because of their reputation new sub contractors require payment up front, they have very little operating capital so they rely on new clients to fund the work of older clients, they have had constant staff changes, their construction manager Morgan approves shotty work and then orders new sub contractors to build upon shotty work, they have left my yard in disarray since Feb and they constantly lie about when work will get done just to keep you off of their back. My irrigation system was cut and inoperable for 2 months. I could go on and on. Please, if you want quality work done on time as promised, if you want professional service, and if you want it from a reputable company, run as fast as you can from this company. It's a waste of money, time, and effort. Your dream backyard will become a year long nightmare and I'm still waiting for mine to get finished.

Update: on Nov. 2 I hired a law firm to represent me and they have already sent a Demand Letter with intention to file a legal suit for Breech of Contract, Negligent Misrepresentation, and Fraud if the work is not completed in 30 days. Stay tuned for another update to see if this trifling company responds. I hope to keep them from being in business to do this to others, particularly our seniors.

We did work on 6 Premier Pool Jobs and have not been paid on any of them, BEWARE
