I DO NOT recommend Premier Roofing Company. They put up my roof in February of this year (2016).  They guaranteed me that my yard would be completely cleaned up.  I had to call them back afterwards as there were scraps of shingles and nails all over my yard and on the deck.  It took them a few days but they did eventually clean it up.  About a month ago (July) we noticed a leak in my daughter's upstairs bedroom.  Thinking it was the AC unit I called a very reputable "handy-man" who is also a personal friend of mine.  As he went into the attic he realized it wasn't the AC but instead a leak from my brand new ROOF!  Because this was a Saturday I was not able to reach Premier.  I left a voicemail and the handyman patched the hole (basically just nailed down the loose shingles).  I had assumed Premier would return my call Monday morning. Didn't happen.  I called them again, left another voice mail and finally spoke to someone on Tuesday.  I was told I'd have someone call me to schedule a time to come check out the roof.  That didn't  happen until a full week later!  The guy that checked it out said my handyman must have fixed it because it looked fine.  I then told this to the handyman and he said that all he had done was basically put a bandaid over it and that they needed to repair it.  After about 5 calls to Premier I was finally able to speak to the manager.  She told me there was nothing they could do since I had someone else "fix" it.  She told me I should have let it continue to leak until they could come assess it.  I argued that a lot of water damage would have occurred during that week.  She said that is why we have insurance.  They would have rather filed a large claim than reimburse my $150 that I paid the handyman to stop the leak.  I wonder how the insurance company would feel about that.  Premier also told me that they were NOT responsible to paint the stain left in the ceiling.  They said I would have to file a claim with the shingle manufacturer because the adhesive didn't stick.  I have asked to speak to the owner numerous times to no avail.  I am extremely disappointed with this company.

I called made an appointment , was given 2:30-3:00 (supposedly was last appointment open for the week , when I called ) I  received a follow-up call later in the evening to confirm appointment for the next day . Waited until 4:00 to call company to see why no show . I was asked if I wanted to reschedule due to being behind on appointments ..... I did not  reschedule. I feel I should have received a call to let me know they were behind and possible reschedule ... I would have done so .
