I've used Premier Roofing and Siding since I purchased my home 11 years ago. They have re-sided my home, vinyl wrapped all exposed trim and installed guttering throughout. I also hired them to remodel the exterior of my attached garage (siding, trim, guttering and a new roof). The workmanship and professionalism was above reproach on each project. Carl, Tim and their crew were the utmost professionals at all times and the work was done expertly and expediently. I recently had damage to the exterior rear of the home due to heavy ice and snow. I didn't hesitate to call Premier for the repairs. They quickly added me to their busy schedule and even though there were many rain days, Ann kept in constant contact with me to ensure they performed the work as quickly as they could. Once again, excellent work was performed by James and Joe. They even left the work area cleaner than it was before they began the job. I can't say enough about the quality, professionalism and work ethic by Premier...and at a reasonable, competitive price. I highly recommend this company.

Me and my mother have had a couple of jobs done by Premier within the past year and a half. Rick Phelps came out and gave us a great price and walked us through the whole process. When he came out we priced up our whole house from roof replacement to windows and doors to siding and trim. He took his time and worked with my mom on all the details and did not rush us through, upon receiving several other quotes, Premier's was the best, not just in price but in quality of materials, warranty and salesmanship - making us feel comfortable and not pressured. Unfortunately we couldn't do everything at once and had to start with our roof due to a small leak after a storm. They came in and did an excellent job. The main house had a hip roof and the addition was flat, we also had our A frame garage done at the same time. It did take a couple of days with some wood needing replaced. But they cleaned up everyday before leaving. Next we had our windows and doors replaced. We had 9 regular windows replaced and then an octagon shaped window taken out and a small rectangular one put it. They did an excellent job, did not damage any of our custom interior window trim and even trimmed out the new rectangular window in our kitchen to match the others. Again they cleaned up after working each day. And in the end made sure that we were completely happy with the installation, even tweaking a couple of windows to make sure they were perfect. After the installation we noticed immediately a difference in noise and temperature control. Lastly, we just had our siding, trim and gutters done. Rick Phelps, our salesman, took his time addressing any issues we had before work began and explained the difference in vinyl siding options. We didnt have long to wait before they came out and started taking off our old aluminum siding. We are so happy with the new vinyl siding, trim and gutters. They also trimmed out our garage to match the house. Some days it was so cold and windy but they made the best of it getting our house done right. Even put up new lights we had picked out. We love the new look of our home, with all the work that has been done it looks brand new.

I used Premier to replace the old, molded cedar shingles on the gables of my house with vinyl scalloped shingles. The whole process was painless from initial sales consult to completion of the job. Prices were reasonable and the office was easy to deal with, even with the multiple reschedules that were necessary due to the snowstorms. I'm very pleased with the finished product and will certainly use Premier for any future siding or roofing needs.

Did a good job on the roof but shingles, wood, and nails were everywhere. We spent a couple hours after they left cleaning up what they missed and they never came back to pick up the nails. The roof looks good. The gutter/window guy is great. He does a very good job. Update: The gutter was great until it starting coming off the house. I asked them to fix and test the structural integrity of all gutters and fix leaks. They put the gutter back on the house then left without looking at the rest of the gutters or fixing leaks. Called the company and waiting to hear back.

Required some warranty repair work to atic vent fan. Returned my call and managed to fit me in for the same day as I called. Outstanding job!
