From start to finish we were very pleased with our experience with Premier Roofing and our representative Michael Clutts (1719732). The bid process was accurate and timely and Michael went above and beyond to connect us with the benefits we were entitled to with our insurance company. The job was completed on schedule and on budget and the installation crew took great care to protect our property during the installation process. After the job Michael was always available to handle any follow-up questions I had as we were completing our correspondence with our insurance company. Michael and Premier set realistic expectations with us and over delivered! I am not easily impressed but was very satisfied by the professional manner in which our job was completed. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking for help with their roofing needs.

Being new to Missouri, we were unsure who to use to replace our roof after a hailstorm, and did not know anyone to ask. Upon reading other reviews, we decided to go with Premier roofing company. Turned out it was a great decision! Having a roof replaced was daunting; never having done it before, but Permier explained in detail and were courteous and patient. They walked us through the whole process from beginning to end, were quick to communicate and work great with our insurance company. We will be using them if needed for any future jobs. The representative Marilee Rose was great and easy to work with explaining everything we were going to experience. She was quick to reply and answer questions we had after the agreement was signed and still after the work was completed. The crew conducted themselfs professionally and accordingly. They did a good job cleaning up and offered further options after the job was completed. It was great to have a company make something so easy. It could had been a headache. 1725651

We had a fantastic experience with Premier. Our rep Sam was careful to explain every step of the process, including reading to us the contract before we signed anything. To be sure we understood and didn't have any concerns. They dealt with the entire insurance side of things, and it was such a smooth process. The roof looks phenomenal and adds so much value to our home.
