Cheated me out of $1,000 being his employee, I called him and his wife many times that I needed more materials, none came. So I finished the job w/o what I needed. ALSO... The client asked for us to leave 2 bundles of shingles as a "just in case"  Keith the owner said that came out of my check because "I stole 2 bundles from him" Great roofers... CHEATING OWNERS. Clients make sure of what you paid for, and what materials are left over, he takes them to his house and uses them later, so clients paid for extra, and never get that back...

My husband and  I highly recommend Premier Roofing.  Before the roof was installed, we were given a folder detailing everything we needed to know.  This information was also verbally explained.   We were impressed with how organized and high tech management was.  Through the whole process, Keith touched base with us and kept us informed.  The workers were skilled and professional.   We feel confident that our roof was installed correctly which gives us peace of mind.  We definitely give Premier Roofing five stars.

I work for a local small business in Cabot as their building manager. We have acquired an older building that has been in need of tlc since we purchased it. Needless to say, I have dealt with NUMEROUS contractors for various tasks. I was left to my own devices to contract for our roofing needs and chose to work with Keith and his team at Premier Roofing. I was surprised to be SURPRISED for a change. He conducts his business in what appears to be the most ethical way possible. He was on time EVERY time, didn't waste my time, never talked down to me (as a woman) completed the job as promised and held basically within the estimate quoted. We used his company twice. The first time was for a patch repair, and then about 11 months later, we used him for a complete re-roof. Having dealt with many types of contractors it was refreshing to deal with someone of a high professional demeanor. I will HIGHLY recommend this company to any friends and colleagues who may be in the market for roofing needs.

Asked for a roof inspection because I found some damaged shingles and signs of possible problems with other areas. Keith was very friendly and did not charge for the inspection even though he said he didn't think there was any widespread or systemic problem. If I do have any problems will call them again!

So a couple years later I noticed some shingles had slipped. Called Keith out for another look. Wind and hail damage. He met with the adjuster and insurance covered replacement of the whole roof. The process was very smooth and his crew even moved and put back some stuff in the yard I didn't think about needing to be moved out of the way.

Premier Roofing provided the best possible product available. Keith took a great deal of time explaining all of the products available, every step of the process, and answered all of our questions. The job started on time and completed on time. Every day concluded with a thorough clean up, rather than waiting until the job was completed. Keith made time to not only follow up with us everyday of the process, but has even stopped by a month afterwards to ensure we were still happy with the work and make sure we didn't have any further questions. If I EVER have any roofing work in the future I know who I'm calling.
