We need some skylight repair work done. Have tried calling them multiple times, left a voicemail (with no return call), all with no contact. It's as if they just ignore messages and phone calls. How is one supposed to get work accomplished if a company doesn't respond at all? Bad business, will look elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Premier Skylights enough. I had a tree fall through my skylight during a wind storm on Thursday. Nobody else would answer their phone so close to the end of the day, but Tom talked me through the different options until well after 5:00. By Friday they had come out to bid it, and when I got home from work on Monday, it was completely finished. I didn't have to be there for either appointment. Great service, great product!

Premier did a great job from start to finish. They sold me a quality product at a good price and installed it when they said they would. What more do you want out of a service provider?  Plus the new skylight lowered the overall temperature in my bathroom by at least five degrees!  My air conditioner is not working as hard now!  I would recommend them to anyone.
