Just want to recognize the entire Erie team there in St Louis. We had a major issue with our roof and time was of the essence. From the sales rep to the office staff they accommodated us and made us feel like family. We love our new roof and installers showed up at 7AM and it was done and yard cleaned by 5PM. Pretty amazing as we have a big roof. The real savior was the financing they offered. We wouldn't have been able to do this roof without it. Very thank full for Erie what a great company!

I have had Erie work on both my roof and my upper level windows. They were fantastic. The sales people are more than willing to answer questions and the crews and installers I they use are fast, clean, and friendly. They showed me how the windows worked took the time to ask me about anything that seemed unclear. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be having them install main floor windows soon.

We love our new roof and windows done by Erie. A very nice young man came to our house after we called of the TV Ad. My wife and I didn't plan on buying a roof that day but after seeing all that Erie offers we felt it was a good investment. The salesman was great. We have had so many compliments on our roof and especially our new front window. We would definitely recommend Erie to anyone that is looking to get work done on there home.

Very professional and easy to work with. The installers fast and very efficient with 11 windows from start to finish 1 days time very impressed and very well done. I will be using Eerie Construction for all my remodeling needs.

Was told that this is not the company for me since I didn't want to spend half a day listening to the estimator sell me on his company.  I am a reasonable consumer who knows how to educate myself and research companies - I don't need to be sold.  Just needed a quote so that I could do a comparison and make a decision - I guess Erie is not tolerant of consumer driven market research.
