They don't care about making sure you get your monthly appointment! All they care about is making sure they get their money. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment today and they lady pushed me back two months as she tried to convince me that was their next available appointment! I asked her nicely to please get me in as they have already been too busy:booked to see me. I think they purposely screw up appointments to get paid! Think about it as long as your card is on file they will charge you monthly, even if they haven't seen you in 4 months they will still charge you. That's highway robbery because if your telling me you can't see for 2 months but I can't be 5 minutes late (when there's been times when I was on time and was required wait30 minutes), then why am I paying you all monthly for doing nothing, your forcing me to keep these braces on longer than they need to be! I am highly upset with how I was treated today and I'm sorry but I refuse to go unheard! I've tried and tried nicely but they lady was rude and didn't care at all, all they cared about was getting off on time and going home! I pay them monthly last time I was seen was in January. We are 5 months into the year, I've only been seen once so far this year, while they take their money out of my account monthly wether they see me or not. So by June 27 I will have paid over $700 for just 2 visits. That doesn't make any sense! If they are that busy they need to hire more staff or extend their hours it's just that simple! The secretary is rude and inconsiderate (not all but most).

yes my teeth are straight but the secretaries are rude and try to do too many things at once. if you're considering braces, go to a more local practice that actually informs you. they schedule too many people at one time and the staff is not diverse whatsoever. there are only a few orthodontic assistants that know how to speak in a professional manner. i suggest going to the warensville location where Doctor Kates himself is located because the severance location has turned into a complete mess in my 4 years of having appointments with them.
