The problem I have is that they hardly ever answer their phones.  No matter what day or what time I call, I can hardly ever get an answer.  If you need to cancel or reschedule or ask any questions, good luck getting a hold of them! They also have called me days before to cancel appointments made 5 weeks in advance and then scheduled the appointment for 4 weeks later saying that they had no sooner availability.  This resulted in 9 weeks of waiting to be seen.

Terrible!!! Please don't come here. My appointment was at 11 I arived at 10:40 was not seen untill 1pm 🙄.. the receptionist was RUDE when I asked her how long the wait would be. it was so many people in the waiting area ppl had to stand HORRIBLE DENIST!!!!  WORSE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT COME HERE RIDE TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF POSIBLE. I only waited because I was in pain n I had already left work other then that I would of said forget it. They should shut this location down!!! They make all refresh dentals look bad. don't come here I REPEAT DONT COME HERE!! I only gave it a star cause I had to. Never again 🤞🏾

I stopped going to this office because I needed to have a crown replaced and I have received terrible service.  They put a temporary crown in, which cracked after one day.  I wasn't sure how that would affect me, especially since I was scheduled to go out of town within a few days.  Since the crack happened after normal hours, I called their after hours line and got someone, who took the information, but never heard back from the dentist.  I figured that I would hear from someone to let me know if I had to come in or not, but I didn't.  I went on my trip, and everything was fine.  When I got back, I called the office and the lady who answered the phone said I would be fine to just wait until my appointment for the permanent crown to be put in.  A day or two before my appointment, I received a call, which went to voicemail.  The message informed me that they had to cancel my appointment for the permanent crown and they would have to reschedule.  I've called three times to reschedule and had to leave a message all three times.  No one has called me back to reschedule.  I'm assuming that they have billed my insurance company for this, plus I paid my portion of the work.  I've rescheduled at another office.

UPDATE:
Today (6/23/16) I was able to get a visit to get my permanent crown put in.  The new dentist is much more personable and seems to enjoy his job, unlike the previous dentist.  He put my crown in and explained to me that they were aware of the problems and they were working to correct them and  the place is changing for the better.  I had a much better experience this time than my previous two visits.    I hope they continue to improve and make it better.

If I could rate a negative I would. They have TERRIBLE service as a walk in and a scheduled patient. I arrived at 9am to not be seen until 10:30. The dentist comes in for less than 5 minutes tells me what needs to be done I agree to the service then he says it will be another hour and a half before I can be treated after already waiting an hour and a half to be greeted. They sent in they're manager and she's no better. She's VERY rude and unprofessional. I don't see how she's even allowed to be a manager with that attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. There's only ONE dentist servicing 10+ people trying to do extractions, fillings, and more. It's just TERRIBLE. Can't schedule an appointment because they're 3+ months out can't come in as a walk in BEFORE they open it's just a bad business. No point of excepting walk ins if they won't be serviced in a timely fashion because they don't have an appointment.
