This is such a beautiful place to visit! I love coming here in the spring to sit on the beaches and dream of summer. There are great places to walk, run, bike, or hike and a few historical exhibits. It's fun to skip rocks and check out the lighthouse or even have a picnic by the water. There are many places to park along the isle and lots of restrooms and picnic benches. Even in the winter you can look at the gorgeous ice dunes and frozen lake!

Presque Isle is so gorgeous all year round. So many fun activities and places to have a party. I grew up going here in the summer for swimming and taking walks on the trails all the time. Had my baby shower there last year, absolutely gorgeous

Beautiful park! Bonus is that admission to the park is completely free. Lots of well cared for walking trails along the water. Lots of free parking available in multiple locations around the park. The traffic is fairly heavy on the roads around the park and there were quite a few dump trucks - I believe they are continually working on preserving the beach - but overall, the park is amazing and we hope to visit it again in the future!

Presque is just a wonderful experience. As a dog owner I appreciate it being dog friendly. Miles of beach to explore. Lots of history. Inner trails and parks. A great scenic drive. Well worth the 2 hour drive it takes to get there from OH.

A very pleasant place to visit for a beach experience. Weekends draw crowds while weekdays can be relatively quiet. There are many other activities in the area. To maximize your satisfaction with your visit, stay out of Erie city and stick to the surrounding area. The City proper is in decline and is best avoided. They aspired to be a sanctuary melting pot but ended up as more of a septic tank.
