Prestige Auto Repair is an awesome auto service and repair operation! They are honest, efficient and have well trained mechanics. Nowadays it's so hard to find a trustworthy and reliable auto shop. I'm a retired lawyer and driving Uber for a little extra income and Prestige keeps my 2015 Honda Accord running very smoothly. I highly recommend them!

We're from Massachusetts and had a very tricky problem with a 28 year old Mercedes. Getting stuck in NYC can be a nightmare and Manny and the workers could have easily ripped me off, but they didn't. They got me out of trouble very inexpensively and explained everything to me. We left there and drove home with no problems. We are grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone who gets in a jam in The City. Thanks a million to Manny and the crew at Prestige.

I wanted to like this place so much!  Solid reviews, good communication, clean shop, and yet... they charged me $163.00 for a new battery which I later noticed was clearly not a new battery.  I took the liberty of testing the battery myself, only to find that it didn't actually need to be replaced.  They gave me a refund, (less the sales tax) but no explanation, or apology.   They also charged me for a new alternator belt+installation for $125.  Did that need to be replaced?  Was it replaced at all?  I can't tell from looking at it.  So I'm left to wonder.

I brought my car here because I thought I had engine damage they quickly  diagnosted my vehicle and and repaired just in time for me to go to work they are awesome and very patient Jospeh and Manny are the best very good customer service I won't let any of my friends or family go anywhere else but here !

I came here for an inspection, and they did a great job. The whole process was very simple and easy, no hassle at all. Definitely recommend!!
