Very reliable, honest, and trustworthy mechanics!  We were leaving for a big road trip and came to these guys to get our car fully inspected.  We ended up needing some rear shocks, which we had heard previously from other mechanics.  We got the rear shocks replaced and were on our way. 7 months later the shocks were blown which is very uncommon. Once we got back to NYC we called up Manhattan Alignment  & Diagnostic Center and told them about the situation, and they had us come in to check them out.  Manhattan Alignment  & Diagnostic Center ended up ordering new shocks for us and replaced them –everything free of charge. This is true customer service!  You can really tell these guys know what they’re doing and they stand behind their service. We highly recommend them!
