I had a wonderful experience with Prestige Dayspa. The owner Kimberly  took her time while applying my makeup and provided excellent tips for skin care. I will definitely be returning for future services. Thanks Kimberly!

Called a half a dozen times to confirm appt. No one returns call. Tried texting. Poor customer service. In fairness to this business, they had the incorrect email in which they responded to. Corrected the rating. There phone number is incorrect on groupon.

I had the WORST experience ever, and I hadn't even got my facial yet. I have called multiple times, and left multiple messages. I have a record of my call log, and the owner was very rude. Her name is Kimberly, and I asked her when the attempt was made to call me back. However, no answer was given to me. I purchased a voucher through Groupon I was told by this business that I could not extend my voucher online that's Groupon would have to contact them to get it extended. I had tried to tell the owner multiple times my Groupon WAS NOT EXPIRED. She said well you know what you can contact Groupon because I don't give your money back even though the business stated my voucher was expired which it wasn't. I called Groupon back again, and they as well said my voucher was NOT expired. Don't waste your time, energy, or money here. The communication & customer service is POOR, and the owner is very rude.

My daughter has severe acne. My last resort was to go to a dermatologist to put her on medicine. We tried periodic facials and nothing worked for long. Luckily we found Kim and my daughters skin looks amazing! Kim came up with a customized treatment plan for her skin. Kim truly wants to help! She is so patient and knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. Kim wants to solve skin problems. I am really happy we found Kim and Prestige DaySpa..

TERRIBLE!! I went to get gel nails done before a vacation. Within 2 hours, half had fallen off! Went the next day to get my money back. It has been weeks now, & I STILL don't have a credit on my account. Don't waste your time or money!
