I go every month for a facial.  It is a gift to myself that I look so forward to.  I also have Betty do my eyebrows as well.  She waxes and dyes them.  My guilty pleasure is Hydrolift!  Thank you Betty!

Okay my first appointment was okay (brazilian) , I mean it was going to hurt. She kept telling me that she was a professional and that basically she was better than everyone. It comforted me a little bit until it was said every five seconds, then I started to think it was very rude of her to do so. So my next visit was supposed to hurt less. It did in most areas except the actual bikini line. That night I kept complaining about how much it hurt in those areas. and a couple of days later I had brown spots and peeling going on down there. which by the way is not attractive. So when my friend went the week after me, she mentioned it to her. The woman said that it could not have been her and it was my fault that I did something to make it that way. I have researched this and it is conclusive with a burn.. I AM DEFINITELY GOING ELSEWHERE FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT!! AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!

I go regularly for eyebrow waxing. Very relaxing atmosphere, quick, clean service. I always leave happy

The woman who provided my waxing service was extremely unfriendly and downright rude.  When I showed up 5-10 minutes early, she yelled at me so much that I almost cried, telling me that my appointment wasn't for 40 minutes and that I should go run some errands or something.  The sad part was that when I made my appointment the day before, the receptionist told me to come a few minutes early.  So I went to run some errands, strongly considering keeping my money, when the lady calls me back and tells me to come back because I actually had been on time, and that her clock was running slow.  I don't think she ever apologized for yelling at me like that.  She did a decent job with the waxing, but I know I will definitely go somewhere else next time where they treat their customers a little better.

Terrible service. My boyfriend got me an hour massage at B Roman as a gift. I waited for over an hour for a massage because the front desk failed to tell the therapist they had an appointment so there weren't even in the building. When I finally got into the therapy room the replacement therapist simply rubbed lotion on me and when I said she could rub as hard as she needed started yelling at me that I was disrespectful and could get off her table and leave. Which I did after getting a full refund and the owner assured me that therapist is one of their most popular and had many requests. 

And if you bought one of their Group-ons or Living Social deals be prepared to wait three weeks or longer to use it because they can only accept a certain number per day.
