I now know never to pay a quote in full. I received a quote that covered a spectrum of possible work needed. The actual work they did was great, but the guys told me that there were several things covered in my quote that were not done, and that I should expect a refund. It took 4 months and 4 requests to receive an invoice to find they billed me for the entire quote. It should never take 4 months to receive an invoice, I shouldn't have had to request one, much less 4 times, and where is my refund for work quoted and paid for but not performed? Again, the actual work was great, but my experience with their billing left a bitter taste.

Very friendly and helpful. They were able to solve my problem over the phone.
