Great customer service! They always answered the phone when I called and were able to schedule an electrician to come give a bid that same week. When the electrician, Rusty, came be evaluated the project, gave a bid, and asked if we wanted it done that day. We were expecting to have to wait multiple days for a bid, then a couple weeks longer to actually schedule the work to be done, so of course we did yes to getting it done that same day! 8 hours later we had 4 new ceiling fixtures and all new wiring to connect those new ceiling fixtures to light switches. 
Thurston Electric LLC = 5 Stars.

I scheduled an appointment, and it was cancelled less than half an hour prior to the appointment time. I understand these things happen, but that didn't change the fact that I planned several days of moving around my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and was already clocked out and on my commute home from work when I got the call. I feel this was a legitimate two-star experience. I wouldn't be writing this review if I had gotten the call an hour sooner (even a half hour sooner), and could've stayed at work. They were perfectly friendly otherwise, and I have no reason to doubt the quality of their work. Going to look for another professional in my area to do the job.

Thurston Electric recently replaced 3 exterior security lights and an interior ceiling light for me.  Rusty, the electrician, gave me excellent advice about the different features of exterior lights, and the lights I then chose are doing exactly what I wanted.  Rusty also noticed that the new ceiling light I had chosen wouldn’t cover marks left by the old light, and he suggested adding a medallion, which looks perfect.  I will absolutely call Thurston Electric (and request Rusty) for my future electrical needs.

I had Rusty out to wire in my generator and he did a fantastic job!  He was able to trouble shoot some obstacles he ran in to and find a solution.  Very friendly and customer focused.  I'll be using him again soon to wire in power for some new lights.

What a waste of time. Had Rusty out for a bid on electric to my new shop. The entire time he kept saying"this is going to be expensive" and would have to go through our driveway. Mean while other electrician have stated that they can run it through our house.   Also said that the quote would be in 24 hours. A week later, still nothing. If they don't want the job don't show up! Never again!
