I called these movers in an emergency when my Parents original movers had cancelled due to snow. Prestige came thru for me and my Parents. They made room for us and helped my parents move from a 2300 sf home into a 1700 sq unit at Touchmark Retirement. They are amazing and were very professional. Important items were handled carefully and with respect. I strongly recommend them! Much love Jason, Gabe and Shane.

Do not recommend! In 2016, my husband and I moved abroad for the first and only time in our lives. After a lot of research we chose Prestige to do the packing because they were the ones the company who actually did the international moving (True North Relocation LLC.) recommended. The first thing was to have the "expert" from Prestige come to our home to evaluate how much 'stuff ' we had in order to calculate what container would fit our needs in. When the day of packing arrived, the person in charge got mad because we didn't have everything already in boxes. Really? That's why you hire a 'professional moving company', and after an hour of work he said "oh no, this much stuff will never fit in a 20' container" and kept repeating the same sentence over and over. We panicked and called the moving company in Seattle and asked if we could update to a 40' container which cost us almost double the money we had been quoted at. Now knowing that the container would be bigger, my husband bought a couple of large kayaks and some other little things we thought it would be nice to have. Now for a bit of history on the event of moving: At the very beginning of our move, they asked what we wanted to be moved, what should be packed and what was not going to Chile. I went through each room with movers (each crew was assigned to certain areas of the house) and explained IN DETAIL exactly what was to go and what not but the crew was switched to different rooms and on day 2 of the move, the initial crew was different, so whatever I stated to them the first day really didn't matter as the new crew was almost new. The person in charge (Brian the worker, not the boss) got very mad at me when I asked about several liquor half empty bottles from a large box that he was told would not be sent to Chile. Why send near empty bottles to a foreign country??? Then, when I asked on the second day where our butter tray with butter in was, his response was very rude and quote, "I can't be choosing what is to be packed and what not to be packed". He was very rude and threatened me that he would leave. My patience was stretched beyond words and so I asked him please to do so and I called the company to issue a complaint about the situation. When finally the container arrived at our new house in Chile, we realized why they wanted us to upgrade to a bigger container: They packed so many small items in very large boxes full of packing paper and we saw the inefficiency of the movers: lamp shades in a large box when it could have been packed with 3. Yes, only one lamp shade without the actual lamp in the box (and several boxes exactly like that). They packed a small amount of our kitchen knives in one big box wrapped in a ton of paper. Our butter tray did make it to Chile, but arrived with very rancid butter in it. Empty energy drink bottles that had been consumed by the crew were packed with our stuff with a ton of paper. They were like robots who do not care about being professionals. Then, towards the end of packing, I asked the guys to make sure my 'graphic design books' were put in a box and I as well, explained how important they were to me with my work and my profession. That box never arrived in Chile. I had to buy a new set of Pantone colors and replace the work books at a cost of $500.00. These are just a few of the things that come to my mind in relation to the nightmare of dealing with Prestige. We have called the company, left many messages and these calls were never returned. NOT A SINGLE response. This company may work for local moving needs but for international moves, the crew did not have a clue. So would we clients we ever recommend Prestige Moving & Storage? Absolutely not.

They did a "Great Job". They arrived ahead of schedule, loaded and were available to unload on the other in in AZ ahead of schedule. The price was fair, and not one item missing or damaged.

They didn't properly secure the mirror back on my dresser. After they left, I moved the dresser slightly and the mirror fell off, breaking it and leaving a hole in the wall of my rental. They lost the screws to the TV stand, and there is a blue stain on my loveseat that wasn't there before. I won't use them again.

I was shocked how good these people turned out to be. They delivered some goods I had shipped from Alaska to Oregon with WWM. They uncrated all of my equipment for me, saving me disposing of those materials, and they were quick and friendly. After five days, a company rep for one piece of equipment told me that one of the crates had a hidden storage with an important cord in it. 'If you don't know it's there, you won't see it', they said... I found a new cord for about $40 online, but decided to call Prestige just in case they could find it. They called back the same day and had the cord. I was so surprised and impressed that I wrote this review.
