Super impressed with them and worth the money. I had Alex and Darin helping me yesterday and they worked HARD. I had 10 years worth of stuff and they dug right in. All of my belongings were handled with care and they were very nice about setting things up in the new house right where I wanted. I would definitely use them for future moves.

I have probably moved 30 times or more in my life. Thanks to Jared and David last week, this transition was the easiest, fastest, and most efficient move I have ever had. They were both personable yet professional. Usually I feel like I need to watch over and make sure the movers are doing their job, not breaking stuff, etc. After about 10 minutes I knew this wouldn't be the case with these guys. They had a smile on their face the entire time, didn't stop for a second, and were very courteous. I will probably be moving again in the Spring and there is no doubt I will request them again. Thank you!

I hired this company to load furniture for a long distance move; after showing up fourty minutes late, the guy proceeded to walk in to my house like he owned the place- telling me to turn off the heat, telling me about my furniture, etc. I explained that I had some fragile/expensive antique pieces , and made a very simple request that they not stack any items on top of each other. I had plenty of space for them to safely place all of my furniture nicely, and I provided them with plenty of paper and blankets to cover my wood items. I thought that it would be rude to hover over them, so I let them get to work. I decided to go check and see how things were going- and to my dismay they had taken apart furniture (without my approval or knowledge. There was no reason for them to do this) and had stacked several pieces of furniture on top of one another (a very heavy table on top of the dresser, a very expensive mirror on top of that, and then a recliner ON TOP of that! Again- there was absolutely no reason for this). They did not cover or protect any of the items. I told him that I had specifically asked that they not do that, and he became upset to the point of making me feel really uncomfortable. He said that if he had to "take it all down" he'd charge me for it (I'd much rather pay for an extra hour then hundreds of dollars on new furniture). He was very rude to me, and assured me that nothing would be damaged (they had already ripped my leather chair, which I pointed out to him). I let him pack my things his way, as he would not listen to anything that I had to say. I tipped him, because I figured he had still lifted heavy items and maybe he was having a rough day. He simply took the cash and made some snide comment as he walked out. It wasn't until they left that I also realized that they did not give me the hardware to the items that they had taken apart. Hiring this company was a very costly mistake. Also, if you are a woman I highly suggest having someone there with you!

What a wonderful move I had this morning. Dave B and Craig S were amazing. Helpful, quick, courteous... And I trusted them both. It's apparent they both know what they are doing. I actually saw Craig running a few times while pushing a dolly with stuff on it.This is my third move using Cross Town Movers (Bekins) I won't do it any other way. Always amazing. The banter between Dave and Craig was fun to observe; it's obvious they have mutual respect for each other. This is the first time I've had to store my belongings and I'm very happy that Cross town has a storage facility as well. John Paul was amazingly helpful at the storage facility. I thank all three men for doing an AWESOME job for me. thank you Dave B, Craig S and John Paul. You are all Amazingly good at your jobs. It could have been a tough day, but instead it was FUN....

What a great experience! Jared and David were so good to work with. They were friendly, efficient and careful. They helped me set things up and my new place and when I couldn’t find some pegs to a bookshelf I called the company and they were so nice and located them immediately and delivered them to me! I would definitely use them again and would recommend highly to anyone moving.
