I've been going here for two years. I love everything about this place. They treat you like family and you just have to open your mouth and tell them if something isn't right, and they fix it right then and there. I haven't had a bad experience here. But don't go in expecting red carpet if you wanna pay pennies! They work hard and should be treated with some respect. Awesome group of people!!

I've been going to prestige for six years and it has really gone down hill. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, loud and rude staff keep clients from being able to have a spa like experience. The prices aren't presented in writing to the customers anymore so the staff just say whatever price they want now. There's only two techs with skill and class (Kim &Tracy) and two that are lazy hustlers (Danny &Tonya). The massage therapist come and go like a temp service, oh except for one (the drunken Rosa) who just happenes to only work on men that has followed her from salon to salon (Hint hint). I really hope Tracy can bring dependability and class back to Prestige Nail Salon and Spa.

Loud staff, speaking of personal life and off work time, between one another. This last time that I went there, there was a big difference in quality and professionalism. Felt like I was intruding at the nail techs personal home, on a holiday, and they were squeezing me in. Not enjoyable. Will be going to another salon going foward

My daughter and I went for manicures. Just plain painted nails. It was nice to not feel forced or stupid for just wanting something basic. We were treated as guests and really enjoyed our time.
