Why did I come here. I planned on going a half block to the next one but decided to give them a try. I called to another establishment (the I've a half block away) asked how much to remove the gel off my nails...they say $5. I came to Pretty nails and say for 10 while minutes before I was even greeted. There is no prices listed for get removal. After for she told me $15. I'm like what??? A gel manicure cost $25 or $30. Never returning. I wish there was a zero star option

They do not do a good job. They rush and  when you ask for a design or how you want your nails they do it how they want your nails look like .  they are too expensive for the cheapest things and leave in the middle of your nails getting done and switching back-and-forth from work to worker . They suck. Go to VIP NAILS INSTEAD

They are not good. She had messed up my acrylics came back again. And she had still messed up. Also when I came to take them off she had made go of my nails bleed.

They did not indicate that only one person can do nails and waited until after my pedicure to tell me there was a wait.  They should've given an option.  Very inconsiderate of time!

There are normally not enough techs here so sometimes there is a wait. Pretty good nail shop, a little understaffed, but the prices are reasonable. I've had great techs here and average techs. It's a hit or miss,  but normally a hit.
