With over 20 years in the Beauty Industry as a Cosmetologist, Aesthetician, Makeup Artist, and Waxnig Specialist. Mrs. Cherie is a veteran in the industry, she is recognized as a multi-talented beauty professional with an eye for detail. Mrs. Cherie prides herself in giving the best service possible and making a wrong a right. She has a great passion for learning and teaching makeup application and leaving her clients "Speechless" with every touch, which motivated her to start her own company Speechless Artistry.LLC and Speechless Cosmetics. Beauty is her Business and this is her passion to "Always Leave Them Speechless"

This is the most unprofessional business. I am surprised Groupon even offers this business's services. First of all; they NEVER pick up the phone when customers call. I purchased my groupon in August, it is now October 20 and I can say out of the maybe 10-15 times I have called, they did not pick up ONCE. I had to opt to schedule an appointment through email --my first red flag. I made it very clear to them that I work weekdays 9-5 so any appointment after 5 during the week would be great. They asked me if a day worked at 6 (ALL OF THIS IS THROUGH EMAIL AND THEY TAKE HOURS/SOMETIMES DAYS TO RESPOND), I said yes to that day. They never booked it and claimed that someone else had booked online for that day. I checked online and do not see ANY option to book online.
The next appointment I booked was for today at 6pm. It is through EMAIL. I was told the appointment was booked. I received an appointment reminder that the appointment was for today at 5 and I had to arrive 15 minutes early. When I called, of course the call was ignored. I then emailed them AGAIN asking why my appointment was scheduled for 5pm and this is the response I received, "Good morning, I just read the feed and it looks like the receptionist booked you at the wrong time. 5pm not 6pm." No apology, and no way to fix THEIR error. 

I also have noticed that some reviews are missing from yelp/or groupon. I saw a review from another customer claiming the same issues as me. She actually went to her appointment scheduled at the time they scheduled, and they told her at the door that the appointment had been booked for an hour before and that SHE was confused. It is obvious that this place is a scam and EXTREMELY unprofessional. 

I am thankful that groupon has excellent customer service that allowed me to trade this voucher in. I hope they look into this business and REMOVE it as an option from groupon.

Called the place twice to coordinate a date and time to get a facial. The guy over phone says he has 3 appointments available for tjis week. After scheduling he askes me if im coming thru groupon I said yes than he says " oh I dont have appointments this week your appointment will have to be next week". Really why do you advertise on groupon if you dont want customers to come thru groupon or to accomodate them. Never going to them.

I found Speechless Artistry through Groupon about 4 months ago and have been going ever since. The owner is very professional, the suite is clean, and I've been pleased with the outcome of my services every time. I had some questions prior to my first Brazilian wax appointment, and Cherie called me to ease my anxieties. She made a potentially awkward appointment a breeze. I highly recommend her services.

I had a really bad first experience at a different place and Cherie made me feel at ease.  Little to no pain and the place is clean and relaxing.
