Terrible vendor. They came to my place of employment, I purchased a watch from their sale and was never given any information regarding returns, refunds etc. Their goods were advertised as better than retail prices, 10% off etc which isnt true. I purchased a watch as a fathers day present for $119 (not including tax) and was shocked to find out, after researching the watch, that it sells for between $29.99-$50. When i called to inquire about returning my purchase I had the displeasure of talking with "the office manager of customer service", Bonnie. She was completely rude and offered no information or help with my issue. She blatantly informed me that there was no one employed above her, the name for the owner I was given by my HR dept according to Bonnie no longer works there, and that she was not able to disclose any coworkers names. I heard her whispering to someone while I was speaking to her, and asked to speak with them and she stated she was the only one I could speak with. If you want to be robbed then book this vendor. I advise STAY AWAY.
