I was looking for specific features in a used truck and Price Leblanc Nissan happened to have one that met them. This is the first time I’ve purchased a used vehicle, so I was a bit cautious. Tony Ramos and Taylor Lawrence were extremely helpful, responsive and professional in answering all of my questions by e-mail before I made the hour and a half drive to their dealership to look at the vehicle. They even allowed me to take the truck to another auto shop to get an independent inspection. This was extremely helpful in overcoming my concerns of buying a used vehicle. Getting all of my questions answered ahead of time by e-mail made the time spent at the dealership much more productive. Tony Ramos was the consummate professional. He had the vehicle ready for me to take to the third party inspection, had my trade-in inspected while I was away and made a fair offer on my trade. The third party inspection showed no issues. Once I returned, we were able to quickly agree on a fair price and conclude the purchase. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend that you let Taylor and Tony help you out. I think you will be pleased.

We had to drive a few hours from out of town because Price Leblanc was the only dealership in the state that had the exact titan we wanted. There selection of vehicles is no comparison to other dealerships. The online communication with Taylor the online sales consultant was a breeze and she was very friendly. Ivan was our salesman when we arrived, he was very polite and personable. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us constant updates so we werent wondering why we were waiting. The customer service overall was above and beyond. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will return to this dealership even though it’s a few hours from home. Everyone was very professional, and very knowledgeable. Other dealers could take notes from Ivan and Taylor because they were amazing to deal with.

Everyone who works here is very nice. However, I had a bad experience. I had to go to this place to have a part installed on my Nissan Titan. That went very well. I also needed a low beam headlight bulb replaced. 7 days later I noticed that the bulb no longer worked. When I went to a repair shop closer to where I live, they showed me the bulb that no longer worked. It was an old bulb. I've lost my confidence in LeBlanc Nissan. Thank you Tommy Little w/LeBlanc Nissan, for contacting me about my "bad experience" regarding my front light bulb issue. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Miracles do happen! 😁

Mr. Ricki Patterson, Ms. Viola, and everyone that dealt with my family and me was absolutely outstanding. Incredibly pleasant experience starting the moment we walked in the door. Also very excited to try the free sausage they gave us!

Price LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzales is the best dealership I have been involved with for new or used cars. When my Maxima needed service I was provided a rental car, the same as mine, to go back and forth to work. I appreciate the customer service, the Service Department and Sales Department and people at the dealership. Thanks to everyone, Scott T.
