Shut water off before due date, I had confirm over the phone that they would not shut the water off 4 days before they did. They knew I was nit abke to pay until the 1st if the month and took advantage over the opportunity to collect additional charges. They are scam artist with a public license.

My water had got turn off around 3 o clock I paid my balance in full so the man came out and turn it back on how about the same man came back out and turn it back off i all because I payed my bill in the same day I told that man don't ever judge a book by its cover I had the money to pay my bill but I was so busy I had for got Prichard water board is a ripp off

Went in at 12:00 to start service paid for it to be turned on same day its now 8:00 and still no water and no one with any help when you call the after hours number all they kept telling me is I'm waiting on someone to call me back.
