Pride cleaners replaced a pair of pants of mine they had accidentally misplaced, at full market value no questions asked. I've been a long time customer and have always been very pleased, but I will certainly now be a lifelong customer! Thank you Pride Cleaners team!

If you are a family that watches your money don't shop here! I was treated as a second class citizen because I use coupons and request "press only". One time the manager over charged me , and when I called it
to her attention she acted put out followed me out to my car to validate my story, as if I were trying to scam her. On the following visit my wife requested that press only be written on the claim ticket to prevent future mix ups. Her response was I remember your husband he's the guy that "threw a fit". My wife told her never mind just give our pants backand she preceaded to laughed in my wifes face! If your wealthy it's probably a cool place. If you drive a beater like me plan on being run off with a "your kind isn't welcome here" attitude. As for my attitude, I admittedly had one, but not for the mix up. It was because my integrity was questioned.  Class warfare at it's best!

I have to say how impressed I am with the customer service at this location in making our experience a pleasant one. We had some stains on our shirt and the General Manager and Store Manager both reached out. First, to offer apologies and then, to make the situation right. They not only rectified the situation, they went above and beyond! As a business owner myself I am impressed with the management team and extremely satisfied with the service I received from this location!
