I have used Ross Miller twice, first was good, second time I have missing buttons and lost hangers. I specifically said I had a button they needed to be tightened up and they told me they would take care of it. I should have known better when the girl who was taking the order just laughed and didn't make note of the button. I will be looking for a new cleaner.

Been using this place weekly for over a year without a single issue. Not the cheapest place, but it's conveniently located for me and the ladies behind the counter are always awesome.

I called and spoke to Ruth last week about a dress I was needing altered by the weekend.  She instructed me to go ahead and meet her at the Blue Springs location at 9am on Tuesday morning to try the dress on for her.  I came to the location at 9am and asked for her.  I was told that she was running behind but I could go to the back and wait for her.  I waited for abou 20 minutes and finally the they called to check to see how much longer Ruth would be.  I overheard the conversation and it sounded as if Ruth did not even remember telling me to come in.  I was told that she would be another 20 minutes before she got there.  By this time, I had it with the waiting game and left.  I had family in town and drove over from LS (about 20 minutes).  I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and would never recommend this place or Ruth for alterations.
