Do not use this company to clean your clothes or coats. I had my coat cleaned and the zipper was broke. We took the coat back in and was promised 7-10 days to fix it. The coat was returned almost 3 weeks later and the zipper was replaced with a cheap nylon zipper on a $400 coat. I had to talk with the district manager just to get a refund on the cleaning of the coat. I have had to purchase a new coat and was not reimbursed. I will never use this company again.

Do not use this place, I have never left a review before so this is really saying something. I took my jacket there to be cleaned and when I picked it up and got it home it shrunk big time when I asked the manager to take a look they did and told me it hadn't shrunk an employee called me and told me this I have called twice now to speak with a manager and it has been 4 weeks and no manager will call me back. Please use tide cleaners.
